Support hours are Mon to Fri, 9:00 to 17:30. Out-of-hours blocks are best endeavours, Mon to Sun, typically 9:00 to 23:00, and are not a guaranteed response. On-demand work sits behind contracted clients when both are in the queue.
Managed support usually works out cheaper
Contracted clients get monitoring across every site, priority in the queue and a response target rather than best endeavours. If you are buying blocks most months, it is worth a conversation.
